Buying a home

This is easily one of the biggest investments in your future, whether it's your first time or fifth time. Finding a strong Realtor that will support and guide you through the process is key. I am here to bring clarity as a trusted advisor and advocate that works for you.

  1. Each real estate transaction is unique, so we begin by meeting up (coffee, a drink or Google Meet) to determine where you are in the process. I want to meet you where you are. I partner with a lot of great local lenders, so it’s alright if you’re not pre-approved yet. When the time comes, I can also connect you with a home inspector, vendors, and a title company who will conduct your closing. 

  2. From there, we build out your search using the MLS database, and go out on a tour together. I love educating clients along the way about typical things you’ll see in new construction, older homes, and everything in between. Having more knowledge about homes in general will help you feel more empowered when you own one. 

  3. Once we have some context around what you get for the money, we can begin honing in on certain homes that pique your interest and see them as soon as possible. If you like it a lot, we can build an offer that stands out. I’ll walk you through all terms and paperwork and once we’re under contract, me and my team will also assist you through inspections, appraisal, and anything else that may arise before closing
