Lindsay was the perfect realtor for us! One of my priorities in working with folks is communication and responsiveness - she exceeded these expectations far beyond what I even imagined. She was patient with my question-asking, clarifying, and high need to know; in fact, she naturally provides information and knowledge in such a thorough way on the front end and throughout the process that I found myself not even asking my typical amount of questions. She is wonderful at offering her feedback and honest thoughts about the homes during showings that allayed worries at times while other times drew attention to things to be concerned about. It was not uncommon to find her crouching into spaces with her cellphone flashlight looking at HVAC systems and other things! Lindsay was awesome; she had tons of knowledge and insight and was able to give rough estimates on costs of replacing or updating features of your home (if you weren’t sure if something was reasonable to do yourself, or hire out). She also had good knowledge of issues to look for as far as structural things, water damage, electrical panels, and things that looked professionally remedied or DIY. On top of it all, she’s funny and fun to work with.

Lindsay is a fabulous realtor! We found out we were moving to Minneapolis, and rather quickly needed to find a place to live. It was our first home buying experience, and she made the process really manageable.
